Sandusky Released, Seen Near Elementary School

Friday former longtime Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was charged with 40 child sex crimes alleged to have taken place throughout the city of State College, PA., including at least one case of Sandusky anally raping a 10-year-old boy in the Penn State football team’s locker room.

Jerry Sandusky released by authorities after allegations of 40 child sex crimes. Seen outside his home, which is located near a elementary school

Sandusky was released soon after his arrest and was recently seen in an ABC News report at his home, which is located near an elementary school.

Is it unreasonable to think that State College law enforcement has an obligation to inform parents of children at that elementary school that a serial child rapist is living next door - and is free to come and go as he pleases?
