Nice work today by golf blogger Stephanie Wei, via Ryan Ballengee at WaggleRoom.com. In researching the address of the business office of Tiger Woods, Wei noted that there was a Perkins right across the street.

Alleged Woods mistress Mindy Lawton claimed to the LONDON DAILY that she met Woods at the Perkins on Conroy Windermere Road in Windemere, FL. Lawton was working as a waitress at the restaurant when she first met Woods and claimed numerous subsequent trysts with the golfer.

Lawton also claimed to have sex with Woods in his SUV while the vehicle was located in a an empty parking lot. Perhaps not coincidentally, there is a large parking lot right behind Woods’ business office.

Makes me wonder why that Perkins hasn’t yet become a tourist destination. Given the history of the joint, erecting a commemorative (golf) club in Mindy’s section seems appropriate.
