GIVE DENNIS RODMAN A HAND, HE’S STILL A COMPLETE ASS: Dennis Rodman was popped by police in south Orange County last Sunday (again). Thius time, a source tells TMZ.com that desperate Dennis is accused of slapping the butt of a waitress so hard it left a “major mark” (question: what kind of person hangs out with Rodman and then reports that stuff?).

Orange County Sheriff’s confirmed (by not denying) that the incident is being investigated by the County’s sex crime unit.

And by the looks of this photo (above) of Rodman’s eyesore Hummer outside the bar that day, that wasn’t the only illegally parking he was doing with his hands.
