Clippers owner Donald Sterling is being sued for sexual harassment according to the ASSOCIATED PRESS.
Sumner Davenport, a former property supervisor of Sterling’s Beverly Hills Properties, filed the lawsuit yesterday in L.A. Superior Court. She seeks damages for wrongful termination.
Davenport said Sterling "made ‘unwanted and offensive physical conduct’ that included hugging, kissing and touching her chest," and that "at times unbuttoned his pants and ‘adjust(ed) himself’ while she sat across the desk from him."
A separate discrimination suit against Sterling "is pending in federal court. It claims Sterling ordered employees at his two apartment complexes to rent only to tenants of Korean heritage, not to blacks or Hispanics."
